Botanical Wellness Disclaimer

1. Nature of Living Materials 

The Client acknowledges that indoor plants are living organisms. 
Their health is dependent on various environmental factors including, but not limited to, lighting, temperature, humidity, and pre-existing conditions. 
 
2. Limitation of Liability 

Refined Waters provides professional horticultural maintenance with reasonable care. 
We do not assume liability for the decline, "die-back," or death of any plant due to factors beyond our immediate control.

 
These factors include but are not limited to: 

~ Natural seasonal shifts or aging. 
~ Pre-existing pest infestations or diseases. 
~ Environmental fluctuations (e.g., power outages affecting HVAC or lighting). 
~ Improper care or watering by the Client or third parties between scheduled service visits. 
 
3. Surface & Structural Protection 

While we take every precaution to protect surfaces, the Client is responsible for ensuring all plants are housed in leak-proof containers or placed on appropriate protective saucers. 
Refined Waters is not responsible for water damage, staining, or rot to furniture, flooring, or millwork caused by faulty or overflowing Client-provided vessels. 
 
4. Reporting of Issues 

Any concerns regarding plant health following a recent service visit must be reported in writing within 48 hours. 
Failure to notify within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the service as provided.
